Deluxe Studio,1 Queen Bed(Tulum)

I rebooked a hotel with the Booking.com app and I am requesting a refund for the Bishop Arts Hotel. Negative: I arrived Thursday night and could not get in. The hotel is completely unattended. I called the phone number that they posted - no answer. I started looking for an alternate hotel on Booking.com. Found one. Eventually the Bishop Arts hotel responded to my phone call with a text: "Hi". I responded with "Cancel" and they said that they would not challenge my request for a refund. Therefore, I am asking you to please refund me for the room at Bishop Arts that I could not get into and they could not correct in a timely manner.

Really nice - once you can find it. Tucked away and very private to the dismay of Door Dash and UBER - but the staff is amazing, really clean and lovely. Really great bed too.

Inexpensive, clean and the check in/out process is very easy
