Comfort, 1 Queen Bed (Barcelona)

I would stay again. Positive: Very clean and well cared for. Negative: No complaints.

Cute room, clean beds, NO reception. Pool area not as nice as photos. Positive: Unique worldly decor which I appreciate. I also loved that they had a fridge and communal microwave and free coffee bar. Negative: There is NO reception. The door code they gave me in the email did not work. They were lucky cleaning staff was there and helped me get in because it was cold and windy out and I was stuck outside. I felt bad for the cleaning staff who was forced into doing reception work when I doubt she is paid for that.

Positive: The staff contacted me to cancel because of bedbugs. Negative: The room had bedbugs, so the hotel canceled before I arrived

Super stylish comfy stay with a great location! Positive: Beautiful, keyless access and gated parking! Great location near Bishop Arts District! Negative: Really loved it!

Inpersonal Positive: The place was clean and decorated pleasantly Negative: It was rather surprising that there was never in our two days of stay that were any human staff contact at the whole facility. The fact that there was not even a cup for brushing one's teeth was definitely a big miss.
