Great for the price Positive: So incredibly cute!! The value was amazing. The room had a very nice layout and was very clean. Instead of a front desk, additional toiletries and towels were free to grab, which was very convenient. Contactless checkout made it extremely easy to check in and out. No key cards to deal with. Location is extremely close to many things in the Arts District. The parking lot is locked by a gate. Negative: Parking is extremely tight. The room with a pool view had a tiny portion of the bathroom window visible from outside, angled to where the shower could be seen. (This wasn't an issue, just something to keep in mind.) The shower only has less than half of a wall, so water gets all over the floor.

Wonderful location, secure parking, bathroom floods when you shower Positive: The location is excellent and parking is secure behind a gate. The bed was comfortable as well. Negative: The room was not clean. There were dust bunnies and someone else's hair on the floor. The shower leaked all over the bathroom because there is no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. We had to leave the fan on constantly to dry out the floors. The towels were thin and super old. There was no one on site to ask questions or for utensils. The couch was so beat up and didn't seem clean. The room was oddly shaped and the furniture was too large for the space. We would not stay at this property again.
